Astor Hotel Athens

Everything was really good, and the breakfast was extensive with stunning Akropolis view. The location was very central, great for a parliament building and a national park located close to the hotel. Moreover, it was 4 km from Harmondsworth Moor.

Pretty standard and modern place with stylish rooms.

The breakfast was large and included pastries, eggs, bangers, and cheese. It was based in very good building in a marvellous and good location, close to everything that's important.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not particularly helpful.

Functional units with a frightening view from the window somewhere to the inner yard and accommodating staff. Marvellous and stunning location close to all important sights, very close to bars and restaurants.

The place is ideal and fairly clean. Super friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff at night shift, everything is very comfortable. Great to have a rooftop restaurant on the premises.

The room was nice styled and modern and included climate control, a storage space, and a hair dryer. The location was marvellous and incredible, the staff was incredibly welcoming.

No complaints whatsoever, really, had a perfect stay on a business trip. The hotel had great and easy location really close to the centre of the city, the Stygma metro and the X95 bus stop, and cafes and bars. Visited Benaki Museum, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Well, it was a good stay on vacation. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast here, I had warm dishes. Very central location was a plus. Plus it was in a shopping area. The roof top bar was nice and the staff were superbly friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

This place was reliable, with updated rooms, exceptional stuff. The restaurant here was great with view of the Acropolis, we both ordered warm dishes. The view of the roof top was fabulous. The location was very central and close to a parliament building and a national park. The service provided there was excellant. Got wake up service free of charge, not bad too.

The breakfast they served was not great, hope one day it will be better.

Everyone from the staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. The room was newly remodelled with a complete open shower in the bathroom. The breakfast was large with excellent view of the acropolis, there were pastries, eggs, bangers, and cheese:)))

We got a room with a walk-in shower. It was in a very central location, close to the old center.

Great-sized bathroom and well furnished room.

We had a spacious bedroom. The view was worth every penny at the roof garden.

The place was fairly clean and stuff was very welcoming. The room was modest and updated and the amenities included climate control and a hair dryer. The location was very central, right by plenty restaurants and grocery stores and also a metro station which had directly link to the airport, close to The Plaqua neighbourhood and all the shopping. Plus, we stayed relatively close to an ancient citadel. Had a very comfortable time.

The room was stylish and reasonably large with a balcony, view on the Acropolis, for example, we felt like at home. The hotel's location was very central, in center of city.

Amazing very central location next to the major landmarks and the city center and railwaystation. We liked extensive breakfasts with a view of Akropolis, good view of Athens plus bacon.

Incredibly welcoming and exceptionally kind staff, they helped us with check in. The location in a touristic area was marvellous and good and there were a main market and a market nearby. Plus, Parliament was a few steps.

Unbeatable location as it's and just next door to the Acropolis, the upstairs restaurant of an evening and the Syntagma Square. Also, we both thoroughly enjoyed majestic ruins, located at a walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are nicely furnished with worth every penny views of the street.

Hot drinks at downstairs bar, excellent service. Modern interior, great restaurant. Marvellous and good location in a new area close to a parliament building and a national park. Besides, excellent for visiting Adrianou Street.

The room was spacious, and we had an impressive view of the roof top. Had air conditioning and a storage.

Loved my stay, had a fine experience. Everything was very comfortable as expected. The location was great and decent, right by Syntagma Square and Ermou shopping street, and Acropolis & Acropolis Museum. I ate at the rooftop restaurant near the hotel. I had a newly renovated room complete with a flat-screen TV, a little refrigerator, and a storage. Pastries, eggs, bangers, and cheese served for breakfast were outstanding!

Modest and updated room and a spacious bathroom. Very welcoming staff throughout. New area, very central location just next door to all the main areas, several attractions such as Temple of Zeus, parliament and Hadrian library and Syntagma square and the ancient quarter of Plaka.

The restaurant was modest for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. The location was excellent - ease of access to Plaka.

Classic triple room I stayed at was recently renovated with a balcony. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, close to Public.

There was no WiFi connection, plus Wi-Fi didn't work.

They offered us newly decorated and modern rooms with a Parthenon view, a balcony, as example. The staff were accommodating and immensely pleasant too. We had courtyard view with an exceptionally comfortable bed. They provide a packed breakfast with lots of options. The place was amazing, nothing too much trouble, recommend.

The location is unbeatable and best possible, 1 km from Ideal. There's plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The rooftop restaurant is great, it has hot dishes.

Unbeatable location in a good area close enough to Greece, the center of Athens where all restaurants, attractions are and Sintagma square and Plaka. Situated only 1 km from an ancient citadel.

Classic triple room with a bath. Efficient, attentive staff, HANDY location so close to the restaurant, the nearby bars, and a metro stop which serves the airport. Besides, easy access to Plaka.

The restaurant was great for dinner, we ordered hot dishes. Its location not too far from Can was unbeatable and prime.

I had an extremely comfy bed, and an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe. The packed breakfast offered lots of dishes.

the hotel was placed in the central location in city centre. in overall the room was incredible and with double bed or twin, acropolis view, balkony.

Overall I think it was a budget hotel, good value. Staff are friendly, location is quiet. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot...

Hotel location was short way from national gardens. It was definitely 4 stars for us.
