Location: the hotel was right by Kifisia which has a station, central Athens, and the public areas. We got beautifully maintained double room with hot tub as an upgrade, nice gesture.

The location was peaceful for exploring this pretty quiet area, just off North Athens suburb as well as Kifisia shops. Booked a room with hot tub. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Athens.

All the staffs were amicable and accommodating. There were very comfy beds and a balcony and Wi-Fi inside the room. It was overlooking garden the view was cute.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Nothing too much trouble, we truly enjoyed the place. The hotel was located near to the centre of Athens, Kifisia which has a station and Kifisia shops. Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were amicable people with booking's customer service.
